So Fair It's Unfair
Is the choice of model a pun? I mean, she's positively ghostly! Must be all the stupid cigarettes.
Well, an older definition of "Fair Lady" (somewhere in the range of the 1200s - 1700s?) seemed to be of a high society woman who had no need of working in the fields, and so her skin was pale from being indoors all of the time. ... Or I just read a hair-brained definition of it after a long "game of telephone." What do I know about this, really?
