A well put together package. Not something I'd ever use for a child, but still nice.
The character is referring to the instances when a ball lands ON the foul lines and not PAST it. I can't say, though, I ever heard that expression growing up. Maybe it was a regional thing?

I'm actually not sure why I added that now, as I am——and was!——well aware of line rules. :p (maybe 'liners are in' as in fashionable/hip? Bad joke?)
