Hot Canadianity

Or cold. Whatever.

Great looking cover! Can someone tell us what type of headphones those are?

No indication on the front cover that this is a K-tel album, but there it is on the almost equally cool back cover. Nice tracklist, too!

P.S. Canadianity is a reference/homage to [Jeremy] Taggart & [Jonathan] Torrens, they of the awesome podcast. Check them out here!

Tip Top Dad

Looks like it's an album for kids, but really, it's not, as we shall see,

Yep, it's meant to be an album for children to give to their fathers.

A nice sentiment signed by Reun? Dean? Rean?...and Katharine, June 21, 1981.

So there you go, some mainstream hits for pops. Tip Top [Tailors] sells men's clothing, by the way. I think they still exist.

No Nukes, please!

Now this is an impressive package!

Well, okay, the front cover isn't too special, but the color is nice.

Back cover reveals it's 3 LPs, and also that it's a Canadian release on accounta the maple leaf in the corner.

Gatefold showcasing all/most of the performers at the concerts.

Good lookin' sleeves.

Some examples of a nice, detailed magazine/brochure/thingy that comes inside. I guess this is the sort of thing I'd take with a grain of salt, but I'm sure most of it is factual.

Speed your read!

No. 7 in a series, apparently. Only $9.98! This sort of thing may be good for some people, and may even work to some extent, but for most, it's not really necessary. Personally, I like to take my time reading. The only time when this would've been handy was when we read boring things in school. ;)

33-1/3? Hmm... Anyone else automatically think of the third Naked Gun movie? Almost makes it seem like a joke.

Hey hey, there's a booklet, too! It's a little small, so here are the five main steps:

1. You must learn to see more than one line at a time.
2. Never look back.
3. Increase the span of your vision.
4. Practice at speeds too fast to rely on auditory support.
5. To discourage completely any reliance on inner speech, practice saying aloud something altogether different from what you are reading at the time you are reading it.

You are now well on your way to becoming a speed reading master.

Does everyone have this, or just me

...and everyone else?

Even if you've never seen this before, you've seen it. I'm probably absolutely certain of it.

Love these stickers featuring dubious claims. P.S. *ensure
