Father Abraham in Smurfland

Notice how the top of the mushroom house on the right is cut off. Haha. I mentioned I had this in a vinyl thread and more than one person said they had it once upon a time. Popular college party album at one point, apparently.

More on Father Abraham here.

Firin' ma lazars!

Aussie rock band. Actually called The Angels, but used the name Angel City when in North America because there was a band called The Angels there too, apparently. It's quite a good album!

Anyway, cool/weird cover. He looks perturbed.

Somebody loves you?

Could be Kamahl!

He's looking as stylish as ever on the back cover as well. :)

Direct from Finland...

...it's the ever-dapper Fredi! :) Apparently, this was his debut album and hit Gold status.

More on Fredi here.

Lee Greenwood, take 2

Front cover, still the man. Back cover, yep, still the man, even though he's wearing the same boring clothes.

I wasn't aware of it before, but Mr. Greenwood is actually a very successful country singer. More on him here.

That woman looks extremely familiar, but I think she just reminds me of someone that worked in a store or something. *shrug*

Lee Greenwood, take 1

Lee Greenwood on the front cover; the manliest man that ever manned!

Lee Greenwood on the back cover...not so much. ;)

I got another of Lee's albums on Thursday and will post it next.

The one that doesn't pity fools...

What are those things on the ground?! They sure aren't golf balls. Painted grapefruits, maybe? Actually, I believe they are just markers or something, but it still looks weird, especially on an album cover.

More info on the legendary Conway Twitty here.
